"My life coaching sessions with Tara Dunne changed my life.
She is incredibly gifted and does indeed 'Shine' in what she does.
Tara helped me to reconstruct my thoughts and behaviour and to reflect on my life in a positive way. Through conversations with her I have been able to move my life forward with energy and zeal. She helped me to release the positive energies within me, to construct a plan, prioritise, rationalise and to follow my plan with purpose and with such energy that I astonish myself.
The impact of these changes has been far reaching. Largely through the changes created within myself, my relationship with my family, colleagues and people in general is positive and rewarding. I am more focussed on my goals, and I am no longer daunted by challenges or obstacles. All this has been achieved within a short period of time and I can only describe this transformation as remarkable.
I am an independent person who does not like to feel overly dependent on others. Throughout our sessions Tara was very sensitive to that. She gave me the support and guidance to take charge of the areas of my life that at times felt hopeless and overwhelming. I have gained the confidence that enables me to pursue my aspirations. As a direct result of my life coaching sessions my energy level is now awesome, I make decisions with confidence, I live my life without fear or regrets and I have a level of self-belief that drives my thoughts and actions.
I am far busier that I ever was and yet I seem to have more time to do things that are close to my heart. I now play golf after 4 years of wishing that I could start playing again. My career is now more focussed and rewarding. My relationships supportive and happy. There remains many challenges in my life, but frankly I'm looking forward to them.
Thank you Tara, you are exceptional".

"Although I have only been having coaching sessions with Tara for 6 sessions I do feel that it has had a huge impact on my life now and will continue to do so in the future. Not only has coaching clarified my goals in certain areas of my life, it has made me see more clearly how to put these goals into action and how to continue to keep a high level of motivation and determination in carrying out the goals to achieve maximum impact for myself.
The main aspect which I feel that coaching has had for me is that it has enabled me to take back control of my life, face my so-called fears and move forward in different ways. It has made me realise that the only thing that was holding me back was, in fact, myself, and I now have invaluable tools to help me stay focused and motivated on what lies ahead.
Tara has given me the tools and has enabled me to reach this point through her excellent coaching skills and although it has only been 6 sessions, these sessions will stay with me for the rest of my life".

"So far I have had two Coaching sessions with Tara and already I am feeling the benefits in terms of my confidence and new found clarity of what it is i need to do to achieve what i want to achieve. Tara is very approachable and easy to open up with. She is will challenge you gently on some things and asks the right questions to allow you to come up with answers. I would definitely recommend coaching for anyone feeling stuck and unsure what to do first!"

"Go for it!, if you are considering working with a life coach then I would heartily recommend that you take that step.
During my initial sessions with Tara I recognised that I had been tackling the same perennial life "problems" using the same well-worn unsuccessful, strategies for years. I am sure you know the things; yo-yo dieting, a lack of organisation, work life balance etc. Not the brightest approach for a reasonably intelligent 40 something, but I guess I am not alone.
The sessions with Tara have enabled me to look at what it is I actually want and how best to actually achieve it. Her unwavering support and targeted questioning has allowed me to develop approaches that I would never have previously considered using and yet make total sense and more importantly have worked. I have managed to lose 2 stone without what I would call dieting. I have a fully operational home office, as a family we eat properly, I am calmer in myself and don't need to dash around the house shoving things in cupboards at the threat of a visitor! These may not seem massive achievements, but often it's the smallest steps which lead to the greatest outcomes. Now that I have let go of the small stuff, I am looking forward in both my home life and career, I no longer feel like I am battling up-hill, but instead am close to the top and looking forward to new horizons".
